Identity Politics and the Law - an essay by Lee Barnes
The Jewish community in Britain took advantage of the trend in Identity Politics since the late 1960's when the White political establishment decided to create a Multi-Cultural Model instead of Integrationist Model for the immigrants. They were faced with two choices, either force the vast number of immigrants entering Britain to assimilate and adopt British culture, traditions and identity or allowing them to organise their communities as they wished under a Multi-Cultural Model.
The Multi-Cultural Model entailed those communities setting up and running their own pressure groups, cultural, economic and legal groups to protect and promote their community interests in the Multi-Cultural System itself.
This was the basis of the Pressure Group Politics system that dominates the British political and legal system today.
In this system that dominates the legal and political system today, the organised ethnic groups who can utilise and activate lawyers, legal groups and other pressure groups to challenge legal cases in courts are the ones who get the legal decisions that they wish from the Judges. In the legal and political system of todays Britain, it is the Judges that are the true power in the country and not the politicians.
Judges can overrule government legislation, declare their laws unlawful, apply the law in ways totally at variance with the Governments intentions when passing new laws and the Judges have total power in applying the law at the level of the Individual and the Community.
The Judges also decide, through the appeal courts, whether their decisions are correct.
They exist as a class above that of politicians and with almost total lack of accountability to the public. It is this hijacking of the democratic system by the Class of Judges that is the true democratic deficit in Britain today.
The only community in Britain that did not organise to take advantage of the new Multi-Cultural System and who did not organise to protect and promote their social, cultural, economic, legal and political interests in the Multi-Cultural System were the indigenous whites of the country. Therefore the interests of the minority groups that did organise , such as the Jewish community, were placed at the forefront of the law and the decisions of he Judges and their community interests were placed before those of our community.
This led to the false consciousness amongst Nationalists that the Jewish community were running the country. They weren’t. They were in fact the only community to understand the new political and legal reality at the heart of the new Multi-Culturalism system and the most well organised community to take advantage of the new legal, political and social reality.
The fact is that the Judges that ruled in favour of the Jewish community in the legal cases and the majority of lawyers that fought the legal cases in court for the Jewish community, were also, just like the politicians that let the immigrants in and who passed the laws that created the Multi-Cultural Model, virtually all indigenous whites.
The Jewish Community in the UK organised to take advantage of this decision by the White indigenous politicians and invested money and activists in the legal, cultural, economic organisations essential for promoting their interests in this new Multi-Cultural system.
The indigenous White community did nothing to organise itself to defend and promote its interests in the new Multi-Cultural system. This is why our community bore the brunt of the changes.
This Multi-Cultural model dynamic is not static, it is still evolving today.
Today the Homosexual Lobby Groups and the Islamist Groups are also using the legal and political mechanisms of the Multi-Cultural system to promote their selfish community interests.
This is why the power of the Muslim and Homosexual lobby groups are leading to changes in the law that go against the community interests of the silent majority that is the indigenous community.
Nationalists share a large portion of the blame for this state of affairs.
No nationalist ever undertook an analysis of the new political and legal dynamics at play in our society as a result of the changes leading to the creation of the Multi-Cultural system.
Instead they dwelt on the Nationalist myths of the past and in a solipsist manner ignored the reality of the world around and the dynamics at play amongst society as a result of the transition from an ethnically cohesive society to a Multi-Cultural society.
Most of the Nationalist leaders in the 20th Century regarded lawyers as parasites to be despised and reviled. They never understood that in the Multi-Cultural Society run by the Judges that lawyers and legal activists were both essential for the protection of political parties and their right to operate in the Democratic political system, and that Lawyers were in fact the vanguard of social and political change in society.
This was the biggest strategic mistake that Nationalists ever made.
By adhering to a political, legal and economic critique that was based solely on thinly veiled anti-Semitism and the rejection of participation within the legal mechanism of the Multi-Cultural society, they had in fact adopted a critique that was both reactionary and illusory.
By rejecting any participation in the system itself out of some perverse principle of non-co-operation with Multi-Culturalism and forming legal, cultural and community groups to represent our own community we stripped ourselves of all our defences and negated our ability to fight for and defend our own community interests.
That critique, allied with anti-Semitism, has alienated nationalists to the social and political margins of society and meant that Nationalism as a political force was relegated to the margins of society and politics.
Only now is the true critique of our society beginning to filter into Nationalist consciousness, just when we are on the verge of facing a demographic crisis when, due to the sheer weight of numbers of immigrants in the country, we have less than fifty years to ensure we move from the political and social margins of society and into the mainstream in order to change the political and legal system itself and ensure our community has a voice in the Multi-Cultural political model. |
